Q: Is real estate investing really as easy as you make it sound?
A: Listen, it’s easy for some people and harder for others. Yes, there IS a learning curve to it…but isn’t there a learning curve for everything you do. I’m sorry but if you’re too lazy to put in the work to educate yourself to make hundreds of thousands of dollars…you’re simply not meant to be in real estate. Don’t be like the rest of the country. Get off your butt, do something…and make some money.

Q: Is it possible to do wholesale real estate even if I’m broke?
A:Of course! I was broke too when I started. The key is finding someone who has the money to get you going. They provide the money, you provide the knowledge and do most of the work. Then as you begin to make more money, you can start paying other people to do most of the work while you sit back and suck in all the cash. It’s a beautiful thing.
Q. Isn’t real estate investing risky?
A:Let me ask you this…don’t you think it’s risky to sit at a desk all day, getting paid next to nothing and working at a position that can be downsized at any time? You might think “safe” equals a job…but having a job is the FARTHEST thing from safe you could ever have.
Sure, you can lose money in real estate but the only people who do that are those who don’t take the time to fully analyze the deals they do. They get too excited, make stupid decision, and lose money. But if you take my wholesaling course that won’t be a problem for you not will it?
Q. I purchased one of your products and had the product shipped, what is the status of my shipment?
A:We ship out all of our products as soon as is humanely possible. I take great pride in my customer service and we strive to get the package out the same day the order was received, if possible. We ship it out of the East Coast, so please take into consideration where you live and which shipping method you used. If you ordered it and you think it’s taking too long, simply contact us and we’ll give you an update on your shipping status!

Technical Issues
Q. I think I signed up for your list but haven’t been getting emails or the free gift you told me I’d get. What gives?
A:You probably got caught in what’s called a “spam filter”. Depending on your email provider you’re going to need to whitelist my email address so you can get emails from me without interruption. Click here to learn how to whitelist our email address for your email client.

Q. The video’s on your site are slow and choppy, is there anything I can do to fix this?
A:Usually this happens because your computer can’t download the video fast enough to keep up. The fix is to simply give the video a few minutes to download, THEN start watching it. I know it’s a pain…maybe you should get more involved in real estate and get yourself a better computer! 
On a more serious note, I also recommend that you call your internet provider to see if they can upgrade your bandwidth settings or simply turn off a few of the programs running on your computer so you have more power to download the video faster.
Q. Why is there no sound when your videos are playing?
A:There are a few reasons you might encounter this. First, check to see if other videos are playing sound by heading over to www.YouTube.com
If sound is playing on a YouTube video, make sure the volume is turned up on my video. If sound is NOT playing on YouTube, just make sure that you have your computer speakers turned ON. I know it’s common sense, but everybody lets it slip once in awhile – it’s ok I forgive you!

Q. Instead of a video…all I see is a small “X”.
A:There may be a couple reasons for this:

2. Check your internet security features. Your internet may be blocking the video from playing. Usually there will be a yellow bar at the top of your internet window that you can click on to unblock the security feature.
